LEVEL is a program offered by LEVEL Coaching & Talent Consulting, LLC. This page is an advertisement directed to licensed real estate professionals. It is for informational and recruitment purposes only and does not, by itself, constitute an offer or guarantee of employment, sponsorship, or income. Participation requires application, review, and approval, and is available only in states where Direct Rate, LLC is licensed or otherwise authorized to conduct mortgage activity.
Compensation. Earnings of up to $7,000 per closing represent potential loan originator compensation available only to individuals who obtain and maintain an active mortgage loan originator (MLO) license, are sponsored by Direct Rate, LLC, and perform actual loan origination services on the transaction. Compensation varies by state, loan size, and individual compensation plan, and is subject to federal and state loan originator compensation rules. Amounts shown are maximums, not typical or guaranteed results. Acting as both the real estate agent and the loan originator on the same transaction ("dual capacity") is restricted or prohibited in some states and by some loan programs, and requires disclosures to the consumer where permitted.
Not a referral program. LEVEL is not a referral program. No payments, benefits, or other things of value are made or accepted for the referral of settlement-service business, in compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and Regulation X. Compensation under the program is for licensed origination work actually performed, not for referrals.
Licensing. Obtaining an MLO license requires completing required pre-licensing education, passing the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test, and meeting federal and state background, credit, and registration requirements. Coaching and exam preparation resources do not guarantee that a candidate will pass the exam or be licensed. Mortgage services are provided by Direct Rate, LLC, NMLS #2320473. For licensing information, visit NMLS Consumer Access.
